Although we strive to reply to each inquiry by the next business day, for your convenience and easy reference we have listed our customers' most frequently asked questions here.

Q: Do you have a printed catalog of Hawaiian Fabrics?
A: We do not offer a catalog at this time, as the selection of our Hawaiian Fabric prints is constantly changing, with new prints being added frequently.

Q: Do you ship Hawaiian Fabrics internationally?
A: Yes; we currently ship all of our Hawaiian Fabrics and other Hawaiian products to the following countries (in alphabetical order):
New Zealand
United Kingdom

Note that the shipping charge you see on our online forms, for your specific international order, is an estimate; after your order is packed, weighed and prepped for shipping, the shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly and you will be notified of the exact amount via email, if it is more than the estimate provided during checkout. At this time you will be able to approve or decline to continue on with the sale.

Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Your credit card is not charged until your Hawaiian Fabrics and other Hawaiian items have been packed and prepped for shipping (to ensure availability of all items ordered); your card is NOT charged as soon as you finalize your order on our online forms.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located on the Island of Oahu, in the State of Hawaii, USA.

Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: We do not have a storefront at this time; our online store, www.HawaiianFabricShop.com, is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: Is there a minimum yardage purchase for your Hawaiian Fabrics?
A: We only require a 1 yard minimum on our Hawaiian Fabric orders. Our other products can be ordered in any quantity, unless otherwise noted. Please note that in our Remnants section, the amount of yards noted is the only amount available for that specific Hawaiian Fabric.

Q: What is your return policy on your Hawaiian Fabrics and other Hawaiian items?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned Hawaiian Fabrics that have been cut or otherwise altered from the original condition they were sent to you. We do make exceptions for special circumstances however; please contact us via email at info@hawaiianfabricshop.com for more information, as we want you to be happy with your HawaiianFabricShop.com purchase.

Q: Do you have a phone number you can be contacted at?
A: Yes; our toll-free number (within the United States) is (sorry we are currently getting a new number due to a very high volume of spam phone calls). Please note that we are on Hawaii Standard Time, which is 6 hours behind the East Coast and 3 hours behind the West Coast. If your call is routed to our answering service please leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible; please leave a good time to return your call.

Q: Do you offer Express Mail Shipping for your Hawaiian Fabrics and other Hawaiian items?
A: Yes, we do offer Express Mail Shipping. However it is being shipped from Hawaii and it takes 3 days + processing time.

Q: Do you sell Hawaiian Fabrics wholesale?
A: We currently do not sell Hawaiian Fabrics wholesale.

Q: I ordered my Hawaiian Fabric about 2 weeks ago and need to complete my sewing/craft project, but cannot find it on your site anymore. Does this mean it is gone?
A: Yes; our Hawaiian Fabrics are constantly in demand and thus, a specific print may be pulled from our site from time to time, while we restock it in our warehouse. Please ensure you order enough fabric for your project as we unfortunately cannot guarantee that it will still be in stock should you need more. Also note that some of our Hawaiian Fabrics are limited prints or special run, and may not be reprinted after the initial run has been exhausted. It is not our fault that a fabric is no longer available. If you'll need it for a project, please make sure to order enough.

Q: What credit cards do your accept for payment?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard and the American Express (AMEX) card.
